  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Throughout the week long programme we had an exciting and jam packed schedule. Our first day included an induction in Birmingham where we had the chance to meet and network with everyone in the group across all offices. For the following four days we were at our base location. We shadowed our buddy who we got to know very well by the end of the week, take part in meetings and chat to employees across the office about their experiences.
