Field Technician Review

Apprentice Field Technician- My job role within the company is a field technician, I am currently on the Apprenticeship scheme for the duration of 12 months. My daily tasks include servicing and installing; Tv, Broadband and Telco. Before going to the customers house, I pre-call the customers to ensure they know I am coming and try to discovery the problem before hand.

I have passed my GCSE's including maths, english and science all at a C and also passed my A-Levels. I have completed my N.R.S.W.A unit 2. I have also learnt to drive a Van confidently and compently.

I throughly enjoy the progamme, it has opened up a new door for me, which i beleive was the right decision. The team I am in is working really well, everyone gets on with eachother and if there is a problem we work it out together as a team. The company is very well run and gives lots of benefits to its emplyees which I am happy about.

I feel really valued as a memeber of these company, my manger has a good connection with my self and the team. The company give out lots of opportunites to earn and procced through the company.

The programme is well organsied giving us a enough time to deliever and complete the information need. Also the support is great, someone is always to help you out. THe study days help to produce the information on ignite and gives a bit of a break on our day-to-day work.

I recieve enough information and more from my mentor and team and I am really happy with the progession I am making.
