Continuous Improvement Higher Apprenticeship - Old Leake

This exciting opportunity will expose you to all areas of the business where you will learn a multitude of Continuous Improvement tools and techniques including Root Cause Analysis, various methods in data analysis and an understanding of Lean methodologies. In this role you will obtain an understanding of the “current state” processes and learn how to eliminate manufacturing wastes. This opportunity requires an individual with a positive mindset and “can do” attitude. During the programme a full time mentor will be available to develop you into a Continuous Improvement Professional.
Training to be provided
You will be provided with full support and training in order to kick start your career into becoming a future leader of CI in Bakkavor.
Improvement Practitioner Level 4 Qualification
Communication skills,Attention to detail,Organisation skills,Customer care skills,Problem solving skills,Team working,Initiative
GCSE or equivalent in English and maths + three others (Grade 9 – 4 or A*- C) Essential,A Level or equivalent in any subject: 3 A Levels (Grade A*- C) Essential
Upon completing this two year apprenticeship you will be guaranteed a full-time role with Bakkavor.
The expected career progression at the end of this apprenticeship is for the apprentice to become a CI Specialist.
