Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship

Duties to include:

  • Data inputting
  • Customer bookings via telephone and email
  • Tracking delivery's both in and out
  • Use system for minute to minute update service
  • Working with booking for delivery drivers in and out
  • Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Be directly involved in the preparation of meetings and events
  • Answering phone calls
  • Provide general office support to all staff
  • Attending meetings
  • Dealing with general enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Liaising with other staff

  • Customer Service Standard
  • Functional Skills as required
  • Employment Rights and Responsibilities
  • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills
