Invesco is proud to be a part of the Investment 2020 initiative and we are delighted to be able to offer a number of trainees a 12 month placement with us in Henley on Thames!
Previous intakes have seen placements in Marketing, Compliance, IT, Investments, Sales and HR; alongside opportunities in many more departments.
Successful applicants can look forward to a rewarding 12 months with one of the UK’s leading asset managers, whilst gaining an invaluable insight into the world of investment management. You will have the opportunity to play an active role and develop key skills which will stand you in good stead for securing a permanent position, either at Invesco or elsewhere in the asset management industry and beyond!

Our next intake of enthusiastic trainees will be joining us in September 2018. Video interviews will commence in early Spring 2018, followed by an assessment centre and the opportunity to meet with our business leaders.
This position is part of the Investment 2020 Trainee Programme, offering a 12 month contract with comprehensive training to the successful applicant.
The role will provide the successful candidate a well-rounded view of their chosen department, alongside its related functions in the asset management industry.
- Working with the teams on ad-hoc requests and ongoing tasks
- Organisation and administrative tasks
- Open to applicants at all levels of education (school leavers and graduates)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Proactive, with a strong attention to detail
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and alongside a diverse range of individuals
