Our Higher Apprenticeship in Human Resources is an ideal opportunity to see how HR operates in one of the fastest growing sectors of the food industry. As you will gain a full understanding of the Bakkavor values, this role requires you to be a great communicator, to be well organised and to be able to manage deadlines. This is an important administrative role in which you will gain experience working in all areas of HR from recruitment, payroll, training and policies as well as generate links with all functions of the business such as Manufacturing, Technical, Development and Finance. You will be provided with full support and training in order to kick start your career into becoming a future leader of HR & Business Administration in Bakkavor.
