How have you been supported throughout the programme and beyond?

My coach has always been an email, message or phone call away if I had any questions and very efficient in arranging my maths and English tutoring. The webinars were clear and informative and the branch always allocated the time for me to complete this despite being in an extremely busy branch which won regional branch of the year. I also have a daughter who is 3 with specialist needs and my coach and functional skills tutor always asked if I was okay or needed additional support or time and been extremely understanding.
