My job role is Recruitment Operations Apprentice which is assisting the Business Acquisition managers and Consultants, and the Operations team to recruit New Advisors and Partners into SJP. My favourite part about the apprenticeship programme is the opportunity to be able to learn the job role whilst continuing to be able to study and pursue my personal development.

SJP was the right option for me as I was always looking to pursue a career within the finance industry, but after finishing at college, I was uncertain whether University was the correct path for me. SJP offered a great pathway into the finance industry at a young age with a wide variety of qualifications to study whilst providing me with the opportunity to gain valuable experience within the job role.

My future aspiration is to become a Business Acquisition Consultant looking to help recruit new advisers into our partnerships here at SJP and one day, maybe even look to progress into the partnership myself.

A valuable tip I would give to those applying would be to ultimately be yourself, never be afraid to portray yourself for who you are! I would also say do some research into SJP as the more you know, the more you will impress!
