    • I love it, gives an extra challenge alongside my job role, it is very relevant to my job and makes me a better team leader

    • Very well, monthly meetings with my tutor as well as knowing she is always on hand

    • My manager supports me fully, i get 6 hours during work every week to spend on my programme
