  • I have learned practical skills such as filing and use of workshop machinery and also social skills

  • I really enjoy my apprenticeship and am doing really well .

  • Overall, there is a set structure but certain times and dates can move around frequently at short notice.

  • If people fail their exams, instructors offer re-teach sessions to those who failed their exams.

  • We do get recovery training if we failed exams and a given amount of time to revise before exams.

  • The qualifications are required for our role after the apprenticeship.
