  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yeah, I learned how to complete contracts and complete many steps within the recruitment process. I learned how to take minutes and developed my teamwork, listening and reading skills.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I love the workplace however the apprenticeship provider LMP have not been great, I am 2 days from my End Point Assessment and my tutor is not answering me. I called 4 numbers and recieved no answer from any of them. I am stressed.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • LMP is not very organised, I have not recieved help from my tutor or responses for my emails for the past few weeks and my apprenticeship is due in 2 working days. If I dont hand this in I will fail.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer provides a lot of support on my apprenticeship - they are willing to give me as much time as possible to complete my course and have been extremely supportive, providing workshops on their own knowledge to benefit my assignments.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I used to recieve a lot..now my deadline is 2 DAYS away i have recieved none and it is taking a toll on my mental health - they also have numbers which they do not pick up the phone when I call, I have called 4 different numbers too

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I believe that through the workshops I have had, I have improved in my job role significantly from the beginning.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are Trust awards nights annually which are very lovely to attend - we also have team building nights to build team relationships.

  • Yes
