  • Managining performance of 2 international call centres. Producing and analysing reporting, creating and running incentives, managing projects, dealing with internal and external stakeholders.

  • My course has supported my development in my current role and provided me with new skills that directly apply to my role such as project management and operational management.

  • I have found the programme very enjoyable, the mix of workshops and self study has been good and my tutor is approachable and knowledgeable.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is generally well organised and well structured, some activities and work set is not always clear on first inspection, but my tutor will also clarify if I ask.

  • My employer has allowed me sufficient time to complete the work and opportunities to embed my learning.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive plenty of support from my training provider, mostly my tutor, they are always responsive if I have a question and have provided monthly 121s to review my progress.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My qualification has given me new knowledge and skills and increased levels of confidence, all of which I can apply to my current role allowing me to perform better.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • No as we a re quite a small business, in the past when we had a higher headcount I ran friendly football matches.

  • Absolutely apply if an opportunity arises as this company has given me so many opportunities to develop myself.
