  • My role is to lead a team and provide exceptional care to our young people by implementing quality standards into our practice

  • I learn every single day and developed in areas I knew was always a strength but continued to grow

  • I’m struggling to find time with lone working and the amount of hours I’m doing but reading over the expectations and what we do

  • Not very well, I don’t like the bud training programme, I’d rather be emailed with a unit to complete and email back, find everything else time consuming

  • Not much as I haven’t had the time but they’ve discussed me using head office on days off to complete some work from April

  • Don’t feel it does, feel my days help me perform better when faced with what I do daily

  • Because I feel the core foundations for the company value the care needed to provide for young people and they deliver excellence to provide this care

  • Believe in the process of where they are at from where they’ve come from and know they’ll continue to grow
