  • I enjoy the variety of work that I am involved in as well as the number of people I interact with on a day to day basis

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I would prefer some sort of face to face element as opposed to all of the university studies being online, however the online resources are well written and organised well.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive great support from my employer and have open communication channels with the graduate HR team as well as my line management should I need to discuss anything that may be a concern.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive great support from UCEM and have regular contact with my tutor who is always on hand to discuss any queries or questions I may have.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The Masters degree I am working towards provides me with a theoretical understanding of my day to day and has given me a solid foundation to work from when performing my day to day duties.

  • My employer offers regular extra-curricular activities that we can get involved in should we wish to do so. These range from social events outside of working ours and even charitable initiatives.
