  • I assist with valuation work and agency work taking on tasks such as report writing. I also help with BD attending events such as career fairs.

  • I have learnt multiple new skills and developed on skills which I previously had such as multi-tasking, professionalism, literature, quantitative skills, communication and time management.

  • I thoroughly enjoy my programme as it offers a range of different activities and gives me the opportunity to learn whilst working.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is well structured in most areas however at my university there are some areas which lack organisation. This was clear as we have been set assignments with a lack of knowledge surrounding the subject.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a large amount of support from my employer. My whole team is extremely supportive and are open for discussion surrounding my learning and working experience.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive a large amount of support from my training provider, with day to day learning and the different assignments that we are set. All tutors reply quickly on email and make it evident that they are always eager to support

  • It has allowed me to obtain a large breadth of knowledge surrounding what we cover in day to day work. This allows me to provide useful insights and be available to complete more jobs.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes there are multiple events to get involved in both nationally and within our local office. Recent office events include bake off and take a hike. Over all of Savills there are football teams, rugby teams and many more opportunities.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Savills creates so many opportunities and it is a great way to enter the professional environment. The support I receive is unmatched and I am constantly being pushed by my colleagues. I also feel as though my work is appreciated and I am valued as a person.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Savills?
  • Be yourself, research around what you are applying for, ask lots of questions, have a positive attitude to learn
