My role varies from day to day - we receive queries into the mailbox and our job is to action these and help people out as much as possible.
Yeah I have. I have learnt to communicate better with people and just general IT skills that I didn't possess before.
I enjoy it quite a bit - sometimes there is a lot to do but it is nothing that is too bad for the brain.
Very good - there is set tasks for each months so it is set out well.
A lot - my employer helps me out a lot by giving me plenty of time to complete my apprenticeship work.
I am supported a lot - my tutor gives me a lot of support and also helps me generate any ideas when I am stuck on a certain task.
It gives me knowledge and helps me when dealing with queries when I have to relate my answers back to Business related activities.

It is a very nice place to work - my colleagues are lovely people and have been very welcoming. There is also a good work - life balance and this helps boost morale.
Make sure you have good examples so you can demonstrate some of the behaviours that are required during the interview process.
