  • Property management is the main part of my job. I manage all compliances across my estates. I draft up Heads of Terms and licences & have recently been involved with a whole estate asset valuation.

  • I do enjoy my programme. It is at times challenging to balance masters studies alongside full time work.

  • It is well managed.

  • Due to high workload, masters studies/ assignments are often not at the forefront of my employers minds.

  • Good level of support, regular check ups via zoom.

  • very well - coming from a non-cog background, it has been a great help alongside work to understand aspects of the job as well as general lingo.

  • Yes.

  • The graduate scheme is well organised.

  • Be confident with your ability and in yourself. They are not looking for someone to already know everything, they are looking for someone who will work hard and be a pleasure to work with.
