  • a variety from client facing meetings / tours to training on cashflow modelling. send out requirements, create availability schedules, organise and carrying out inspection tours, and network with other graduates in the market.

  • Rotating allows for learning new skills constantly by being exposed to various teams, tasks and dynamics.

  • Very much, very varied getting to experience multiple teams which allows insights into many areas of real estate

  • I find the programme very well organised, the team communicate with us really well about teams available to rotate and support is very strong.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • There is a lot of support in place, from HR to apprentice team to mentors within the team along with overall APC supervisors and counsellors.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • A lot of support, UCEM are always on hand to answer any questions. The frequent check in's address problems efficiently.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The practical nature of the assignments given help to understand the job in more practical contexts and the learning compliments the on the job experience well.

  • There are a large number of activities to get involved at Savills from sports to social causes or groups such as gender.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Rotations being four months allows for incredible exposure to the industry and insights into many areas of property. There is a huge amount of support among the business.

  • Be yourself, they are hiring you for the person you are.
