Great people and fulfilling work makes what could otherwise be a very boring and mundane job very enjoyable.
If QinetiQ still uses QA as a training provider when you're looking into applying, don't. I have no issue at all with the company QinetiQ but QA has been pretty useless throughout my apprenticeship so far, with multiple broken activities and days long waits for a response.
