  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role is to assist senior colleagues with the management of a range of clients' Estates. This varies from matters regarding tenancies, compliance, strategy. The day-to-day work load is property management, however, this aligns with client objectives such as budgeting, ESG, etc. The workload is diverse and interesting.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It is very translatable. It allows me to put into practice in the workplace those technical skills that I learn through study. The only thing I would say is that the qualification is very commercially focussed so sometimes there are shortfalls in my practice as a rural professional.
