  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the content and the structure of the programme. The assignments are very specific and relevant to my business and useful for current tasks I'm working on outside of the programme. Improvements to be made include more use of AI and how it all works - maybe a discount on subscription. Also the report for introductions to projects/portfolios could be started earlier on in the year, as it's now due before the DBDC poster that we are currently spending more time on when on campus. Making it slightly harder to manage deadlines on top of work.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The modules in first year were structured appropriately. I think the introduction to projects/portfolios could have business issue figured out earlier in the year so assignment can be started in plenty of time. Same with the business plan which could be worked on and updated throughout the year rather than starting it after first assignment is completed.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive plenty of support from my employer including discussions on current assignments, ideas for future projects/ plans and inclusion when making decisions. I feel I could easily ask for study time when suits me and my current role.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Good amount of support, just a shame you cannot discuss and get advice on academic assignments from skills coach. However, having the skills coach and the review meetings is really helpful for University and work life.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I think the content being taught and the assignments are extremely relevant to the skills needed for my role at work. Degree side of things teaches the knowledge and then you can use your expanded knowledge to practise certain relevant skills within your role.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Not specifically for my job however, the offices we have a room in hold events and have a gym with frequent classes you can take part in. Difficult for our work to hold these kind of events when their are separate teams spread across the country.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Kegspertise Logistics Limited?
  • Be open-minded, determined to learn and develop skills and have a positive attitude on all situations.
