Care for the childrens needs whilst providing unique learning opportunities to further their development
Developed lots of previous skills from my level 2 apprenticeship, making me a stronger and better practitioner
I have great fun learning about my carer and job role, its what i want to do for the rest of my working life
I find it perfectly structured, and i can work well through it
I receive lots of support as they are eager for me to complete my apprenticeship
All of the support i need and straight away if i ever ask for any additional support, they have also supported my additional learning requirements well
