  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • So far it has been incredibly smooth and efficient. The work given to me is at a good pace with little to no reasoning why I won't be able to complete the work, my Trainer has been incredible for the entire duration and am confident they will be throughout the course. Overall very happy with the layout of the programme.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • This job has bee the best workplace I've ever worked in by far, I have never been so calm, relaxed and willing to tackle a problem head on without having some form of anxiety issues or hesitation to get some things done. This job without a doubt have the friendliest people I've ever met, people who are allowed to express themselves while allowing yourself to do the same and not judge you or make you feel insignificant or incompetent. This job is the best, I will 100% do my best at all times as I am very lucky to be part of a team and institute that make me feel valued and impactful. My gratitude is incredibly high.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education?
  • Be mindful of what you say and how you say it. The interviews will be very difficult and different to other places, they expect an almost story based answer when they ask you a question, giving the best examples you can will give you bonus points as well as summarising it too. Providing a clear answer is key, do not leave any context in the dark.
