  • provide guidance and advice to stakeholders on a range of ER matters and casework. Provide strategic guidance in line with company strategy on areas such as talent and succession, pay reviews, ongoing coaching and development

  • yes i have developed skills in line with the programme such as building my confidence at work, how to write assignments concisely and referencing

  • I have not had a great experience on programme and should have been finished already but due to a lack of support and change in lead trainers and other factors this has not happened.

  • not very well organised or structured at all. There has been a lack of structure and consistency throughout and now it is getting towards the end i have a lot of work i need to do that i should have been doing throughout programme

  • my manager provides me with the support i need

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • over the course of the programme i feel i have had limited help and support, even when i have asked for it. Some lead trainers have been better than others but overall i have felt unsupported

  • I think it will help me a little in my role however it is more actually having the qualification for my whole development which is most important

  • I regularly attend workshops and seminars to do with my work and feedback

  • Yes

  • The company look after employees and my manager trusts me to get on with my role and is there to help and support when needed


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to SIG Plc?
  • make notes as there is quite a lot of change be open and speak up when you have constructive ideas and take part in projects and events happening
