  • Our residential setting allows us to organise team bonding activities as well as celebratory evenings for good achievements, such as GOOD Ofsted rating

  • Be prepared that young people are not always accepting of your support, just be sure to show you are not going to give up on them and they will begin to build a trusting relationship with you
