Application support, I support servers and run scripts for external customers. Communicating with external customers and also completing my college course.
I have developed my customer service. I have learnt new operating systems. I have developed my understanding of the proccesses with in the company.
I enjoy the team enviroment and working with another apprentice. I was welcomed warmly and that has continued throughout.
Very, other members of the team are quick to give recognition.
It is structured well, the college come in and give me training.
They respond to all emails fairly quickly

The salary is the best I have seen for any apprenticeship.
There are opportunities to go to different events and conferences as an apprentice.
