Working on the service desk in the office. This included solving IT issues over the phone, through tickets and face to face interaction
Yes, I was able to progress skills wise. Through both the job role, and the learning and assignment side of the apprenticeship. I was able to progress in my troubleshooting and communication skills through the job role.
I really enjoyed this role as I'm passionate about IT and love problem solving, which is what I do everyday for the job role.
Originally some things were a bit unclear in terms of the structure on the Baltic side, for example, the website I found hard to navigate and keep track of tasks. But after mentioning this to Baltic they made adjustments for me
Great level of support. I mostly managed my own work load but my employer made sure to check how I was getting on and offered support when needed.
