  • I am the Training and Quality Senior, so I help plan, create and role out training to our customer service call center.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt how to be more assertive and I am not able to say know when needed. I am also much better at managing time. I now am comfortable fronting projects and working with different stake holders

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am enjoying the program now however i did find it quiet stressful to begin with as I didn't feel I had the right guidance at the start which caused me to get behind but now I feel really comfortable and on top of things.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The program is well organised now I understand the system and how to use it. Meeting and sessions are always planned well in advance.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer is great at supporting me and allowing me time to complete work.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I feel support is good now with my current tutor. I am always kept up to date and know what is expected of me.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I think it has taught me a lot about things like coaching and just expanded my knowledge in other areas.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I go to our parties which we have in the winter and summer and I also have planned days out with my team.

  • I have been at Bosch for nearly 10 years and I feel really supported in my personal growth.
