  • Through the apprenticeship I developed additional confidence in my knowledge and skills.

  • I felt it would have been better had I not worked in the insurance industry for 4 years prior, however I do feel it has provided me with additional knowledge and enhanced my existing skills.

  • I felt the programme was well organised and structured, however I feel it was difficult to complete the work required while also trying to manage my day to day tasks of my job.

  • I received quite a lot of support from my employer, this was much better when our previous team leader left, as our new team leader is much more supportive.

  • I feel the level of support was sufficient to get me though the process.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel it has enhanced my knowledge quite a bit, as I now understand reasons why things happen, rather than just what's happening.

  • Yes, we have social events both for the team and the company.

  • Keep on top of your tasks, the second you get behind it's a lot of work to catch up!
