  • I manage the risk management framework for the Bank and conduct regular testing/reviews of processes and controls. I support business functions through risk assessments.

  • I have learnt how to practically prioritise my work and manage my time well, and I have learnt more about the financial industry and its regulatory landscape.

  • The support from the tutors has been excellent and I have been thoroughly supported through all of my work (planned learning, off the job hours and exams).

  • It was easy to follow and my self led learning was easy to navigate though and complete, and the online training sessions were well created and helped my learning.

  • My employer has offered me a lot of support and has given me the space and time to complete work that has been difficult and needed more time to completed.

  • I have received a lot of support throughout my programme, such as additional sessions and clearly documented guidance.

  • I feel that my qualification helps and will help a lot in the future, as it has given me the opportunity to learn the theory behind the practical work I am doing.

  • Yes, there are social committees and plenty of forums to get involved in.
