Customer service Provide IT Support to HBC officers via ticketing system, SD and walk ups in the office range from account lock to application not working to complete system failure. File restoration, Monitoring of systems checking. Nodes down restart etc (particularly morning checks) use SolarWinds (software monitors network sends alerts, dashboard for easy access). Maintain safe and secure systems devices up to date, Sophos firewall and anti-virus Part of test planning, support test planning Troubleshooting peripherals Deployment of mobiles and laptops Setting up new users on the network
Developed communication skills and organisation skills. New skills I have developed are IT, network skills. Building laptops and mobile phones. IT security.
