  • Split between Talent Acquisition and People Development. For TA I help with recruiting new roles and for L&D I support the back end and admin side of creating training programmes.

  • How to work in a corporate environment and my confidence in myself and my judgement has grown massively.

  • I thoroughly enjoy attending the London events and trainings where I get to meet other trainees from different Investment Management companies.

  • The trainings both internally and externally have been well spread out over the year.

  • I have a very supportive manager who puts my learning first. I have been able to take part in many extra activities outside of my role.

  • Massive support, my manager is always on board when I want to explore new qualifications.

  • I have been able to develop my soft skills.

  • There are a few, however not very consistent.

  • Yes

  • The people are the biggest seller, everyone is very friendly and it is a positive environment.

  • Show a willingness to learn and that you are motivated.
