  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • In the beginning at several points there has been a lack of information, or sometimes a direct contradiction of information provided. This has created some stopping and starting during the learning and workflow however as I reached midway point mostly everything has been resolved.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It provided a general overview to most future technology items I am likely to encounter, I found this to be very re-assuring as I encountered new faults and issues during my role. There were certain things that I felt could have been emphasised more and other things that were not so relevant.
