Service advisor appreciate. To welcome customers. To help them with solutions and answers. To adapt to their needs. To provide best customer service possible
Yes, I have learned new skill on the job.
I have somewhat enjoyed the journey. I find that 18months is too long. I was ready for the job just after 6 months.
my tutor is a ray of sunshine. Always happy to explain and help. Some modules are written poorly that don’t make sense at all.
When I’ve started at Bristol street Redditch there was no management and short staffed. I had to jump in and learn quick to support the team. I have received support from my amazing senior service advisor. A part from that I was pushed to work harder.
my tutor is amazing at her job. She took her time to explain any module. Always there for me.
Somewhat helped to understand some bits in detail.
