  • I am responsible for invoicing clients and processing the staff pay. I organize rotas and recruitment. I cover on call and support staff and clients generally.

  • I have learnt a lot and feel ready to move on to level 5 now as I have just completed level 3.

  • All of the course is laid out and I can see what I am expected to do and what I have still to do.
