Providing all aspects of care for children aged 1-4 years old. Planning fun and educational activities. Working in partnership with parents and other organisations.
I have learnt how to plan activities, complete observations and assessments.
I enjoy leaning new skills and more about childcare and child development.
Well organised, tasks set regularly and regular catch up meetings.
Support with workshadows and ongoing learning.
Always available by email or phone, help managing deadlines.
I have learnt many new skills and theories behind practice. I have learned more about child development.
