  • Leading the Guest service team for The Trafford Centre - dealing with complaints, lost and found, staff welfare and training, coaching, planning, selling giftcards, KPI reporting.

  • I am really enjoying the course.

  • Great- I love Bud for helping me know which tasks to prioritise.

  • Mostly supportive however I would have appreciated being trusted to work from home which I am not.

  • I feel that this qualification has helped me gain confidence and helped me use my brain again.

  • I always attend social activities such as Christmas meals etc.
