  • I gained more experience in understanding and gaining more knowledge regarding young people different traumas that they might of experienced and how to deal with these in correct way also to ensure that the young people are happy and understood and feel like they are in a safe and comfortable in their environment

  • I loved my experiences and I love working with young people and ensuring they are able to access everything that will ensure they are able to have the best future possible and understanding and supporting young people with challenges and dealing with difficult behaviours and knowing how to ensure they are dealt with in safe and good manner

  • It was very well organised and the manager was amazing I couldn’t really fault it a lot . I’m not sure what else to say apart from that. I really enjoyed it, I loved it and the staff very very nice and understanding caring and always happy to help

  • I learnt a lot as it made me understand more about all of the procedures , laws and regulations there are so many laws and regulation within. The child care sector that more people should have a better awareness of it and gain more understanding of it and gain more knowledge

  • A lot, I want to carry on and work within the sector and work with young people and children helping them to gain more experience and gain more understanding regarding finding the correct way and the correct path for the young people to have a positive future and be happi

  • I am still getting paid annual salary and get paid every month on the last working day of the month, I believe the pay could be a lot better and people working within the role deserve a better pay and better benefits than Jen working for this role and sector

  • I worked with many different staff members and enjoyed working with them, everybody is very caring and friendly I believe they all have been very helpful and understanding. They supported me and ensured that I felt supported and understood my job role to the best potential including completing new tasks

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • The company is very helpful, the staff are very friendly and I loved working for them. I loved getting to know the young people and the job was very rewarding but also I felt like I was making a difference. My tutors were very helpful and very friendly and positive


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aspris?
  • Ensure you understanding this job is very long hours and the job is very important. You will be legally responsible for young children and people. You will be hit and verbally abused but you cannot take this to heart and you cannot make the young people feel like they are very wrong
