  • Team member kitchen staff this involves learning grill and new skills and techniques this includes preparing storing and cooking foods this will help when times are busy and I can step in and help them when it’s busy and they know that they have some support with there shift

  • Learnt my fire training,safety training being refreshed monthly with the appropriate I have learned how to present better and improve myself with my job roll and how to improve moving forward and I can complete my training with out any help and I can get my own self moved up

  • I enjoy the program because I have learnt new skills that will help me in my job role as well as my personality skills which I am more confident in speaking publicly this helps me when I need to do public speaking at work and in my job title to improve my experience

  • It is well structured because I find that face to face meetings and conversations work best with me and make me more confident and comfortable in what I can improve on my self as well as my approach towards the apprenticeship this will help me in the future with my. Job title

  • I receive a lot of compliments and help from my employer because if needed any help or support that goes with the conversations and team meetings we have to help everyone improve our standers and reviews what everyone needs to change and we receive support with mental health as well as wellbeing that we have someone to speak to if needed

  • I feel like my job title is beneficial towards my future and my career because it can help me improve and I can receive my qualifications and I can improve myself and I can get better and learn more skills and I can make more experience happen and I can go up in the place

  • We have a tuck shop in the premises next door and we have a money box where the public and staff can donate to gosh and that will help them and we engage charity events that we raise money for gosh and we have mini games on the bar ballence money on to raise money on

  • I would recommend a friend to table because they will learn new information and we can help them improve with their knowledge and skills and how to help them in the future because if we recommend them we will be helping them step up into the company and see there imput in the place and help them progress


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Tabletable?
  • I would advise them into applying because they would learn new skills and knowledge and they can use that knowledge to progress and tips I would say you would agree to a work life balance and you would still enjoy your social life as well as doing a job you will learn from
