I am a mortgage advisor in TSB branch which involves seeing and speaking to customer on a daily basis to get them to applications stage to purchase their new home, giving advice on what the best options for them are.
I have learned how to self reflect in a more focused way than i had previously which is helping me throughout my new role.
I enjoyed the programme but there was a lot of repetition in the assignments that made it difficult come the end to remain motivated.
I don't feel the structure was right and so actually reorganized myself to complete the course with the CeMap element completed first which helped me organise my time going forward and find a new job role quicker.
I did receive a good amount of support however it was a struggle to get time to complete the assignments in work time but that was due to a change of branch i had to do as i started my apprenitceship outwith control.
I received a great amount of support from the coaches at BPP and they were always happy to help throughout which helped greatly in me passing the course.
It helped me to get the job role that i am currently now in so without it i wouldnt be able to do what i am doing now.
We do have a sports and social team in our work but our socializing is mainly through branch meet ups which we do semi-regularly at weekends.
