  • My responsibility is to ensure that health regulations are correctly obeyed. I provide guidance and thoughtful solutions to challenges as they arise. I am responsible for upholding strict hygiene standards at work every day, and I also take an active role in risk assessment and identification, by developing a working programme.

  • My position at Kingston  affords me the chance to develop my knowledge and abilities. I have had the opportunity to manage teams and work together on projects. I have also learned how to multitask, manage my time effectively, and delegate work. I have  learned sanitary ideas that help me personally.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have had the opportunity to learn thanks to this programme. Here, I can work on my career and take advantage of other chances that will help me advance. It is a genuine honour to be able to work with knowledgeable personnel and forward-thinking management. Additionally, I feel fulfilled knowing that I can help the Kingston Hospital  succeed.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • This training covers all necessary ground and imparts all necessary knowledge in order to meet the predetermined objectives. Regular assessments and close coaching are a crucial element to the programme structure since they allow me to learn and offer me the chance to ask questions and receive appropriate responses in time.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • The management of the hospital has put in place all the necessary infrastructure to create a positive and promising atmosphere where people may grow and learn. It is an excellent environment because it has appropriate staff and modern equipment to help with the work. The employer also arranges training courses where we pick up new abilities.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The training company has been quite helpful in assisting me in obtaining the necessary credentials. Assessment checks and evaluations are frequently conducted. Throughout the entire time, the training provider maintains in touch with me and tracks my progress. The trainer also gives me suggestions for other chances I might be able to take advantage of.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It is a challenging job being the health officer at the hospital, but I have been able to meet the issues head-on and come up with enduring solutions for each. I am completely confident that I am the ideal candidate for this post given my strong background in health education.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • The Kingston Hospital offers space for extracurricular activities like exhibitions and workshops that are an excellent place to learn about yourself in addition to professional practise. We also work along with other organisations to provide the general public with advise on crucial health practises and how the community should be keen and responsible on health matters.

  • Yes

  • I was given the chance to work with the Kingston hospital, and I have seen firsthand the excellent services and hygienic working environment that are present there. Due to the opportunity to advance your career at Avery Healthcare Group, I would suggest it to my friends for the reasons stated above.

  • Work on your time management abilities and your ability to multitask if you would like to work at Kingston Hospital, because it is the crucial routine here. It is important to remember that you should be open-minded and demonstrably willing to learn. You should also clearly describe your area of expertise, display your skills, and be open-minded.
