  • My job as a graphic designer is to develop visually appealing answers to communication issues. Creating visuals such as illustrations, writing, photography, and/or graphic components (such as icons, logos, etc.) requires understanding the message or idea that the customer wants to convey.I usually meet with clients every day to discuss their requirements and brainstorm creative concepts.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have undoubtedly acquired new knowledge and/or abilities over my graphic design career. For instance, I've improved my proficiency with the Adobe Suite of software and gained understanding of a wide range of design ideas, methods, and tools in the process. In order to stay current in the field, I have also had to keep up with the always changing trends in design, art, and technology.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I find my programme to be highly rewarding and I absolutely love it. I'm passionate about the creativity and flexibility of expression that come with being a graphic designer. I find that my studies constantly require me to use creativity and push the boundaries of my knowledge and skills.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I firmly believe that the exceptionally well-structured and organised nature of my degree is crucial to my academic performance. Every class I've taken has had a thorough syllabus outlining the required readings and objectives. Weekly quizzes and tests have been used to check our understanding of the content, along with deadlines that were strictly adhered to both assignments and projects.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer provides a lot of assistance. They insist that I stay current with the newest technologies and trends in the field of graphic design because they recognise the value of professional development. As a result, they have provided me with many chances to participate in seminars, conferences, and other educational events.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Regarding my education, my training provider provides a lot of assistance. They give me thorough course summaries and online tools so I can get started studying the material at home right away. To make sure I completely get the content covered in the programme, I also get to correspond with the teachers via email.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I believe that my education enhances how well I function in my job as a graphic designer. I now have a deeper understanding of the principles and insider secrets of the industry thanks to the knowledge I have acquired via my classes. Additionally, I have substantially improved my designs , as well as the current design trends I am continually exposed to.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes, there are a few extracurricular activities available at my place of employment. Every month, our company throws social gatherings like game evenings, happy hours, and potlucks where everyone is welcome to hang out and get to know one another. We also have a specific sports squad that we can join to participate in different events and tournaments.

  • I would advise anyone  to concentrate on showcasing their collaboration and creative abilities. It places a high importance on hard work and innovative problem-solving, it's crucial to highlight any instances of your prior achievement in these areas.
