  • My job include reviewing sales performance and implementing unique and successful tactics to grow sales, revenue, and market share. On a daily basis, I work alongside the sales team to plan and implement marketing campaigns, creating and implementing marketing efforts to increase awareness and demand for the company's products or services. My typical day also includes market research to identify potential customers, analyzing and monitoring customer trends and competitor activities, developing creative briefs on product features for marketing campaigns, collaborating with external vendors on promotional material, and reporting on the outcomes of my activities to measure ROI.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • As a sales marketer, I have developed good problem-solving abilities. I've learned how to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions for market opportunities by researching the market to identify potential customers, watching customer behaviour, analysing competition activity, and consistently designing creative marketing strategies. I've also improved my communication, presentation, and bargaining skills.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • My programme is something I really enjoy. It has given me many opportunity to stay current with market trends and business practices while also allowing me to hone my talents in a variety of areas, including as market and consumer research, analytical thinking, and communication. In order to develop and implement successful marketing strategies, I have also been able to collaborate directly with the sales team and communicate with individuals from other departments.

  • My course is incredibly planned and organised. I am fully aware of my responsibilities in each function I play within the programme, and I have a clear plan for the projects and duties I will be responsible for completing in the future. I also regularly meet with my boss to go over my work's progress and get updates on market trends so I can stay up to date on the most recent information and tactics.

  • My employer gives me a lot of help. Outside of our scheduled meetings, my supervisor is always accessible to answer any issues I may have and is extremely proactive in problem-solving and providing feedback on my work. In addition, if I need help with any duties or initiatives, other team members are always happy to help. Overall, my employer gives me the support, assistance, and tools I need to succeed in my job.

  • My training provider gives me a lot of assistance while I pursue my certifications. My tutor is always there to answer any questions I may have and, as needed, to offer direction and counsel. In addition to this, I have access to online learning resources and study materials, which have been very beneficial in helping me to solidify my comprehension of the fundamental ideas and get ready.

  • My training provider's certifications, in my opinion, have helped me perform better in my profession. I was able to understand topics in practice and obtain a thorough awareness of industry trends and best practices thanks to the theoretical knowledge I picked up in the courses. I have also improved my communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, all of which are very helpful in my position as a sales marketer.

  • Yes, there are several extracurricular activities available at my place of employment. The sales and marketing staff frequently attends networking functions and seminars to stay current on market trends and best practises as well as to forge connections with both prospective and current clients. Additionally, we mark significant occasions like the end of the fiscal year and team accomplishments with team lunches and biannual team-building activities. Additionally, there is a monthly social event at which representatives from various corporate teams are invited.
