  • Arrival at the kitchen for preparations of the day. Ibthen check up on thenpreviois orders placed so as to begin my day. Coordinate with the kitchen staff to assign tasks and ensure everyone understands their responsibilities for the day. Check the inventory of ingredients and supplies, making a note of anything that needs to be restocked. Begin prepping ingredients, such as chopping vegetables, marinating meat, and preparing sauces.

  • I have learnt new skills and my improved my previous skills such as menu planning, event coordination, and food presentation. Additionally, I have improved my culinary techniques, time management, and ability to adapt to diverse dietary preferences, ensuring a seamless and satisfying dining experience for your clients. I have also learnt the skill of conservation of both food and cooking energy.
