  • My responsibilities range from; assisting clients with their IT issues setting up and putting in place new gear and software,IT system upkeep and troubleshooting, creating and executing training programmes, making and overseeing digital media material. I work on a number of projects, and the demands of the company on a daily basis.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have picked up a lot of new talents. My technical abilities, such as my understanding of hardware and software as well as my ability to solve issues, have improved. My soft skills, including my ability to communicate and provide excellent customer service, have also improved as well as my ability to diagnose issues.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy my programme. I am picking up a lot of knowledge, and I can use it to solve issues in the real world. I have a lot of freedom and responsibility because I can work on my own projects. I am also enjoying the opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I can pinpoint areas where I need to improve thanks to the training provider's constant feedback on my development. In order to better understand the day-to-day responsibilities, the company gives me the chance to shadow seasoned IT workers. My employer gives me access to a number of tools, including online learning environments.

  • When I am having trouble with a task, my employer is always willing to assist.I am incredibly appreciative of the help I get from my employer. I believe it has a significant impact on the progression of my profession and assists me in determining my areas for growth and areas of weakness.

  • My training provider offers me a lot of assistance. My tutors are there at all times to respond to my inquiries and offer me advice. I also have access to a wide range of resources, including technical documentation and online learning environments.My tutors regularly provide me feedback on how I'm doing.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I believe that my training provider's certification has helped me in a variety of ways to perform better in my role. It has given me a strong theoretical basis in IT and digital media. I now have a better understanding of the underlying concepts of the tools I employ on a daily basis.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Throughout the year it conducts a variety of social occasions, including potluck lunches, holiday parties, and team-building activities. Building relationships and getting to know your coworkers is made easy by attending these activities.It sponsors a number of teams in several sports, including volleyball, basketball, and soccer creating boldness to the outside environment.

  • The corporate atmosphere is highly warm and encouraging. I have always felt at ease approaching my coworkers for assistance and asking questions.The business is dedicated to giving its staff members chances for training and development.   • Become animated. Make it clear to the interviewer that you are passionate about the organisation and the position you are seeking for. This will improve your chances of making a good impression and landing the job. Be genuine. Avoid attempting to be someone you are not. Be the best version of yourself.
