  • I love the program and how its structured. Working and studying is challenging but I enjoy the challenge.

  • Fairly well organized, work life is very structured and project/demand driven, university is very much deadline driven and can be hard to find a balance of both.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • The Employer provides countless opportunities for support, just being surrounded by experts opens a lot of opportunity for support and learning. Additionally, being given 5 days a year study leave.

  • Ample opportunity to do extra qualifications and training with the ability to shadow nearly anyone in the wider company.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It gives me the knowledge I need for configuring and designing networks. Some of the content is outdated and hard to introduce to the role.

  • So many different clubs and committees to get involved in.

  • Yes

  • 100% down to the attitude and characters here at Vodafone. The work force is lovely and always striving to improve. The SPIRIT of Vodafone plays a massive part in this.

  • Try to show your passion for learning and developing. Proving you are dedicated and committed to learning is a massive part of Vodafone.
