I help support and advise young people who reside with us, hrlping them with basic life skills, educatuon, an knowledge needed for when they become independent
Yes, i have learnt tactics to converse with young people more effectivley
I enjoy that i find out about myself, my strengths an weaknesses etc
It is structured an very clear an easy to understand
I receive alot of support from them
I receieve an adequte amount of support
The things i am learning are very relevent to my current work so it helps alot

Its good money an a good place to learn
