  • Yes I have learnt lots of new skills, and the finance team are always willing to go out of their way to help me.

  • I really enjoy what I am learning as FMCG are very applicable/tangible in everyday life.

  • As I am the first finance apprentice management (and my team) are extremely supportive and flexible. I have set daily tasks, as well as fun projects to work on/help with.

  • I receive support from and wide range of willing colleagues who are approachable - however they can be busy.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Although they set you up well initially, they expect you to know exactly what needs to be done - making you feel out of your depth.

  • What I am learning is very applicable in my day-to-day job.

  • Premier Foods employees are very sociable - there is always an opportunity to have fun outside of work e.g BBQs, dinner & drinks and sports.

  • I like the facilities, the staff are friendly and helpful and I actually feel useful and enjoy my job.

  • - Be enthusiastic - actually sound interested in what you are talking about - Be friendly - go out of your way to talk to others (however you can still be shy and friendly) - Work to the best of your ability - try to impress people and constantly raise their standards of you
