I am in charge of recruitment, interviewing candidates, looking at references, checking DBS and right to work. I also support with care plans for clients being referred.
I have learned how to manage deadlines with the care plans. I have learned new interview techniques and how to properly manage confidential files.
I really enjoy it, I learn new things all the time.
