A typical day involves a range of admin, emails and catch ups to find out what’s happening and what needs to be done. Some days are very busy from the start, overs start slowly
I’ve developed my confidence, being able to talk with my team on a daily basis and put forward ideas have grown my knowledge and confidence
I very enjoy it, it’s a great experience to learn and earn.
The programme is well organised and I get a day off during the week to focus on my studies and completing any college work

The training provider is great with supporting me and providing me with a direct line to discuss any issues with a tutor
